The Rebirth of a Nation

In the beginning we where a peaceful race for thousands of years.

One day on a bright and sunny afternoon a race of beings called The Borg came to our world to (what they called assimilate), we called it war and they ripped our planet apart. We fought back and won never agian to the Borg again in our space.

Years went by that we lived in peace with our neighbors. We were intergalactic traders. Until one day as our ships where returning they fell under attack by yet unknown assailants. Our ship where being attacked. So we sent escort ship along. That did not stop them we lost all our escorts and then they came to our world. Once again we went to war this time we where fighting for our survival. Our government was contacted and told to surrender or be annihilated in72 hours. As their invasion fleet moved closer. We were contacted by a messenger, who called themselves the Vorta, Servants of the Dominion. The diplomat told us that The Dominion wanted to live in peace with our neighbors and us. He also told us that The Dominion has never been beaten. We told their diplomat we would not surrender, and they would meet heavy resistance. They started with stratigic bombing of our world. Then they sent down troops, which fell under heavy attack, but kept coming and coming. They took no prisoners and killed all they came across. Mean while in space our fleet met there fleet and for two days we fought non-stop. Our space fleet was lost. So our planet fell to The Dominion, temporarily. Some of our ships fled to our friends in the Alpha Quadrant. We arrived at the Thoilian home world where they helped us developed new more powerful ships.

We returned with a new kind of ship called a Battlestar. As our fleet traveled back to take on The Dominion, we all wondered could we do it. Our fleet engaged their fleet, for days giving no quarter. Out of the 26 ships we started with there were only 4 left. The remaining ships headed for the Alpha Quadrant looking for a place to call home.
